County Approves Ordinance Addressing Dangerous Buildings

The Cass County Commission has been trying to find a way to cope with buildings and structures throughout the county that have been damaged by fire, wind, or have become so dilapidated, decayed, unsafe, or unsanitary that they are unfit for human habitation.
