The Harrisonville Board of Alderman will hold public hearings on 3 proposals during their August 17 meeting. Public Notices are posted below:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing before the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri to be held at 7:00 PM on
Monday, August 17, 2009, at City Hall, (300 E. Pearl Street, Harrisonville,
Missouri) to consider: Guidelines for Trash Receptacle Screening,
Guidelines for Parking Lot and Building Mounted Lighting, Guidelines for
Internal Parking Lot Landscaping, Guidelines for Screening of Rooftop
Mechanical Equipment, Commercial Building Appearance Guidelines, and
Guidelines for Multi-Family Development Design.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing before the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri to be held at 7:00 PM on
Monday, August 17, 2009, at City Hall, (300 E. Pearl Street, Harrisonville,
Missouri) to consider an application for special use permit submitted by
World Finance Corporation on the following described property:
Lot 1, Supercenter Plaza Addition, a subdivision of Harrisonville, Cass
County, Missouri. (1808 N. State Route 291, Harrisonville)

Aldermen of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri to be held at 7:00 P.M. or
soon thereafter pursuant to the Agenda of the Board, on Monday, August 17,
2009 at City Hall, 300 East Pearl Street, Harrisonville, Missouri to consider
the application for vacation of an undeveloped street on the following
described property:
All of that portion of Peyton Street lying between Butler Drive
and West Street in Jack’s Addition in Harrisonville, Cass
County, Missouri.
