Dish Network case settled

Dish Network has reached a settlement with Missouri and four other states for overcharging customers.
Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster says Dish was contracting with customers at one price and billing them at a higher price.
He says Dish Network will pay Missouri $325,000 and make restitution to customers.
Koster says if you’ve already formally complained to the A.G.’s office about Dish Network, you’re in line for payment. If you feel you’ve been overbilled, but have not complained, you still have 150 days to do so.
They promised me free HBO for a year if I wouldn’t cancel and then started billing me for it one month later.
